ANDY RILEY
Andy Riley writes and draws the Action Dude children's books. He also wrote and drew the King Flashypants book series. He writes extensively for film and TV: his credits include Gnomeo & Juliet, Horrible Histories, The Pirates! in an Adventure with Scientists, Ron's Gone Wrong, and the TV adaptations of David Williams' Gangsta Granny and The Boy In The Dress.
Andy is an experienced performer at book fairs and in schools, and can bring his books to life in an entertaining talk (with lots of live drawing). His festival appearances include Hay-on-Wye, Cheltenham, Dubai, and many others.
For book and illustration work, he's represented by Gordon Wise at the Curtis Brown literary agency. For scriptwriting and producing, his agent is Lily Williams, also at Curtis Brown.
